Alacero and the Mexican Organizing Committee welcome you to the Alacero-58 Conference.
At your arrival in the Paradisus Cancun - venue hotel of the event - you should go to the Hospitality that is located in the first floor, on the Lobby area, next to the Red Lounge Area. There you can ask for any information related to Alacero-58 Conference.
Those who are attending Alacero-58 and do NOT stay at Paradisus Cancun, by regulation of this hotel, will have to pay directly to the Paradisus Cancun Hotel a Day Pass to be able to enter the Convention Center which can be purchased at Hospitality Desk. The Day Pass does not include the registration for Alacero-58 Conference. To attend the event you must be registered and wearing your credential.
From 08:00 of Monday 05, the Accreditation Area will be opened in the Tenerife Room (Upper floor, Convention Center), where you can obtain your credential and materials, or obtain further information regarding the Conference.
The activities of the Conference begin on Monday 06 at 20:00 with the Inauguration Ceremony (Ground floor, Convention Center) followed by a Welcome Cocktail, where you can also visit the ExpoAlacero 2017.
The Panels will be held on Tuesday 07 from 8:30 to 16:30 and Wednesday 08 from 09:00 to 13:30 at the Ground floor, Convention Center. On Tuesday 07, Alacero offers attendees a lunch at the Golf Field (Ground floor, Convention Center).
The Organizing Committee will offer a Honor Dinner to be held at Xcaret Island, a natural cavern which can be entered through a snail-shaped path surrounded by water and underground rivers. The transfers will departure at 19:00 hrs from the Ground Floor of the Convention Center, Gold Field Area. In the case of the Emporio Cancun Hotel, transfers will departure at 19:15. For the women, it is recommended not to use high heels shoes, due to the stony floor.
For the companions of the delegates, on Tuesday 07 they may participate in a cultural program visiting the main attractions of Cancun. The transfers will departure at 08:00 hs from Gold Field Area and 08:15 from Emporio Cancun Hotel. On Wednesday 08 they will also have the opportunity to enjoy an entertaining morning at the beach, in addition to the other social activities such as Welcome Cocktail and the Honor Dinner.
