Alacero-58 registration rate includes right:

• Special rates that include All Inclusive at Paradisus Cancun Hotel, venue of the event. All inclusive is not included in the fee of registration, this is at the payment of the room.

The registration fee is $23,000 MXN
For Mexican Delegate is considered those who have residence and work address in Mexico and not the Mexican nationality of the person.

All accommodations, transport and parking costs, as well as any other service not described in Answer 1 are excluded of the Registration Rate.

IMPORTANT: All participants to Alacero-58 who NOT stay at Paradisus Cancun -venue hotel of the event -, by regulation of this will have to pay directly to the hotel a daily pass for access to the convention center.

The Day Pass does not include the registration for Alacero-58 Conference. To attend the event you must be registered and carry your badge.

FOREIGN PARTICIPANT

• There will be no 100% refund. Only for foreign delegate, until October 3, will allow transfer the registration to another delegate of the same company.
• Until July 01, 2017 - 50% refunds
• Until September 15, 2017 - 15% refunds
• From September 16, 2017 - no refunds
• Until October 3, will allow transfer the registration to another delegate of the same company.

• The Mexican Organizing Committee will no refounds once the registration payment has been made.
• Until October 3, will allow transfer the registration to another delegate of the same company.

Alacero-58 Conference will be held at the Paradisus Cancun Hotel. Alacero has a special agreement with preferential rates for room reservation, which one is all inclusive.

In the case of delegates who NOT stay at Paradisus Cancun, by regulation of this will have to pay directly to the hotel a daily pass for access to the convention center.

Alacero is not responsible for obtaining the required documentation (passports and/or visas) to enter Mexico. Alacero can give support to Alacero-58 participants by issuing invitation letters. If you need a letter, please request it by sending an email to [email protected]. We recommend checking the entry requirements at the Mexican Embassy in your country in advance.

LIST OF PARTICIPANTS: The list of participants will be available at the web site for Alacero-58 participants from September 01. The list will be updated weekly.

PRESENTATIONS: Speaker´s presentations will be available for download from the same web site once the speaker concludes his/her presentation.

To access this information you must enter the email you used t register to Alacero-58 and a password that will be sent to you via email prior to September 01.

From September 01 and once you are registered, you will receive an email with a password. Go to Alacero-58 web site and write the password. If you did not receive your password or forgot it, please send an email to [email protected] and we will send you a new one.

As a reference, participants of former editions of Alacero Conference preferred business suits or business casual attire to attend the panel sessions. Wearing t-shirts, shorts, sandals and bath suits is not allowed during Alacero-58 events.

All companions of conference attendees are welcome to Alacero-58 and entitled to participate exclusive in all social activities of the Conference (Welcoming Coctail, Dinner and Cultural Pogramme). Companions can not participate in panel sessions or Lunch (Tuesday 07).
