- LATE CHECK-OUT: Subject to availability. The cost for access to the room after 12:00 pm is US$ 10 per person per room per hour.
- CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations prior to September 04 will not have to pay a fine. Cancellations from 05 September to 16 days before the date of arrival (date to check-in), will have a penalty of 01 night. Cancellations within 15 days prior to arrival date will incur a total penalty of the booked stay. Cancellation penalties will be applied directly to participants' credit cards.
- NO SHOW: In case of no show, the Hotel will apply a penalty of 02 nights of occupancy reserved for non-show concept.
